Our firm, Azienda Agricola BioViola, was established in 1994 out of passion for nature and the highest respect for the environment that our family has been cultivating for many years.

It’s exactly because of this passion that today we achieve products that exhibit in utmost manner the love and the care with which each grape has been obtained.

The sistem of production of our firm is the Biological Agriculture:  thanks to its prescriptions we obtain products from ecosystems naturally hostile to parasite proliferation. 

All this allows us to obtain exclusively biologically controlled and certified products.

The main area of the company is situated in the territory of Calatafimi-Segesta at an altitude that reaches the 400 meters s.l.m. while the other part is distributed in the territories of Alcamo know for the production of wine D.O.C.

Currently the company consist of 14 hectares of land planted whit wines and almost 2 hectares planted with olive trees.
